At Sahayta, we value the trust and support of our donors and participants. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which donations and fees for educational services are handled.

1. Donations

All donations made to Sahayta are final and non-refundable. We operate as a non-profit organization, and your contributions directly support our mission and programs. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Educational Services & Workshop Fees

• Refunds for educational program fees are only available in cases of double payment, cancellation by Sahayta, or major service delivery issues.
• Requests must be made within 5 days of the original transaction or event date.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a workshop, session, or consultation has been attended or completed, no refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated otherwise.
